Major Trevor Weaser was born in Indiana. He attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and graduated
in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in History and a Minor in Criminal Justice. He was commissioned as a
Second Lieutenant in August 2016 through Officer Candidates Course 222. Following completion of The Basic
School and Marine Artillery Officer Basic Course, he was assigned to 3d Battalion, 11th Marines in Twentynine
Palms, CA in August of 2017. Upon checking in, Lieutenant Weaser initially served as a Fire Support Officer
and Fire Direction Officer for Kilo Battery.
In January of 2018, Lieutenant Weaser was assigned to 3d Battalion, 7th Marines to serve as Company Fire Support Officer, Company L. In March of 2018, he deployed to Al Taqaddum, Iraq assigned to Task Force Spartan in support of SPMAGTF-CR-CC 18.2 and Operation Inherent Resolve. During this deployment, he was promoted to the rank of First Lieutenant.
Upon returning from deployment, First Lieutenant Weaser was assigned as the Battery Executive Officer,
Battery M and subsequently deployed to Okinawa, Japan in support of Unit Deployment Program 20.1 in
September of 2019. During deployment, Battery M participated in Joint Exercise Northern Viper. Following
redeployment in March 2020, First Lieutenant Weaser received orders to The Basic School.
In July of 2020, Lieutenant Weaser reported to The Basic School and was assigned as a Warfighting Instructor
with the Platoon Package. In December 2020, Lieutenant Weaser was promoted to his current rank of Captain.
In March of 2021, Captain Weaser was assigned as Staff Platoon Commander Charlie Company 3-21. Captain
Weaser was then subsequently assigned as Staff Platoon Commander Bravo Company 2-22 in November of
2021.
Following the completion of his Staff Platoon Commander time in June of 2022, Captain Weaser was selected as
Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General, Marine Corps Recruiting Command. Captain Weaser served in this
position until reporting to resident Expeditionary Warfare School AY 2024 in July of 2023. While attending
Expeditionary Warfare School, Captain Weaser received orders to 2d Battalion, 11th Marines.
In May of 2024, Captain Weaser took command of Battery G and subsequently deployed to Okinawa, Japan in
November 2024 with Battalion Landing Team 2/4 on the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit 25.1 Patrol. Upon
returning to Camp Pendleton in April of 2025, Captain Weaser took command of Headquarters Battery. During this
tour, Captain Weaser was selected to command Recruiting Station Atlanta and promoted in February of 2026 to the rank of Major.
Recruiting Station Atlanta is under the command of Major Weaser as of June 5, 2026 and is now serving as the commanding officer for Recruiting Station Atlanta.
Major Weaser's personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medal w/ gold star in
lieu of second award and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal w/ gold star in lieu of second award.
Major Weaser is a Distinguished Graduate of Expeditionary Warfare School.
