Ms. Julianna Deluca from Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, Fla., accepted the $180,000 Marine-Option, Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Scholarship. Deluca plans on attending Penn State University and upon completion will be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Marine Corps. The scholarship is presented by Maj.
