Staff Sgt. Santwan Odom, Musical Technical Assistant for the 6th Marine Corps District, critiques bands along with the rest of the judging panel January 1, 2015 at the Jacksonville Landing in Jacksonville, Fla., for the 2015 TaxSlayer Bowl game. The Bands on Parade event included the Parris Island Marine Band, marching bands from the Universities of Tennessee and Iowa and high school bands from around the country.
