Sgt. Maj. Michael Logan, Marine Corps Recruiting Command sergeant major, speaks to Orange Mound neighborhood media before the Southern Heritage Classic parade Sept. 13 in Memphis, Tenn. Marines attended the 25th annual Southern Heritage Classic to provide students and staff with relevant information and potentially attract qualified individuals. Throughout the celebration, Marines spoke with influential individuals and were able to provide a positive impact to the community, strengthening the Corps' patriotic image.
