Sgt. Alfred Barbarin, canvassing recruiter for Recruiting Substation Orlando, teaches football players about the importance of setting the example and enthusiasm during the leadership traits and principles seminar at St. Cloud High School, July 22, 2014. The seminar challenged athletes physically, while inspiring them to become better students, football players and civilians. The seminar also stressed the importance using teamwork to overcome obstacles.
