Pfc. Termarlon Blair, the platoon honor graduate for 1033, stands at parade rest before marching onto the parade deck at graduation here, May 30, 2014. Blair, a Montgomery, Ala. native, was recruited by Staff Sgt. Mark McElmurray, a recruiter from Marine Corps Recruiting Sub Station Montgomery, Recruiting Station Montgomery. Recruit training signifies the transformation of a civilian to a United States Marine. Upon graduation, the newly-minted Marines will receive ten days of leave before attending the School of Infantry East, Camp Gieger, N.C.
