A female poolee practices pull-ups using an assist band during pool physical training at Marine Corps Recruiting Station Jacksonville. Next year all females in the Marine Corps will be required to perform pull-ups as opposed to the currently used flexed arm hang as a part of the Marines' annual Physical Fitness Test.
