Marine officer applicants plan how they will navigate and complete the obstacle ahead of them during the Leadership Reaction Course on Paige Field aboard Parris Island, S.C., March 23, 2013. The officer applicants participated in a two-day mini-Officer Candidates School training course that is preparing them for the mental and psychical rigors of OCS. The training also allowed applicants to gain a better understanding of what is to come during their OCS training this summer in Quantico, Va. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Pfc. John-Paul Imbody)
