Pfc. Brianna L. Choy graduated from Marine recruit training today as the platoon honor graduate of Platoon 4046, Company O, 4th Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, for placing first of 56 recruits.

The honor graduate award recognizes the Marine who best exemplifies the total Marine concept, which encompasses physical fitness, marksmanship and leadership traits, during recruit training.

Choy, a native of Locust Grove, Georgia, acted as platoon guide for Platoon 4046.

Choy, is a graduate of Locust Grove High School and was recruited at Recruiting Substation McDonough, by Staff Sgt. Justin L. Birge.
