PACE, FLORIDA NATIVE GRADUATES MARINE RECRUIT TRAINING WITH HONORS

Pfc. Kaleb J. Casey graduated from Marine recruit training today as the company honor graduate of Company H, 2nd Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, for placing first of 488 recruits.

The honor graduate award recognizes the Marine who best exemplifies the total Marine concept, which encompasses physical fitness, marksmanship and leadership traits, during recruit training.

Casey, a native of Pace, Florida, acted as platoon guide for Platoon 2086.

Casey, is a graduate of Pace High School and was recruited at Recruiting Substation Pensacola, by Sergeant Nicholas S. Lawrence.
