Pamela Lacombe, a counselor at Delhi Charter High School in Delhi, Louisiana, descends from the rappel tower Mar. 30, 2017, during the Recruiting Stations Baton Rouge and Jacksonville Educators Workshop aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina. The Educators come from both Recruiting Station Baton Rouge and Jacksonville to experience the Educators Workshop.
