Pfc. Auldon Robinson II, the platoon honor graduate of 1034, stands at parade rest before marching onto the parade deck at graduation here, May 30, 2014. Robinson, a Lake Arthur, La. native, was recruited by Sgt. Josue Castillo, a recruiter from Marine Corps Recruiting Sub Station Lafayette, Recruiting Station Baton Rouge. Recruit training signifies the transformation of a civilian to a United States Marine. Upon graduation, the newly-minted Marines will receive ten days of leave before attending the School of Infantry East, Camp Gieger, N.C.
