Gunnery Sgt. Michael Lawrence, Assistant Recruiter Instructor for Recruiting Station Baton Rouge, motivates one of the players from the Louisiana State University women’s basketball team as she completes the maneuver under fire portion of the combat fitness course next to the track and field at LSU in Baton Rouge, La., Sept. 9, 2013. Marines from Officer Selection Team Baton Rouge, and surrounding area joined together with the women’s basketball team from LSU to complete a combat fitness course not just once, but twice, helping them push themselves to a higher limit, setting the bar above other colleges.
