A wandering child can't help but notice the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Band performing on the streets of Charlotte, N.C., during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (CIAA) fan experience held at the Charlotte Convention Center March 2, 2012. The CIAA tournament is the nation's largest historically black college and university basketball tournament and is the third highest attended tournament of all NCAA divisions.
